RNC Track Down Suspect of Theft in Metro

(St. John’s, NL), September 16, 2021 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) Operational Patrol Services (OPS) made an arrest following a report of a theft in St. John’s.

On Wednesday, September 15, 2021, at approximately 9:00 pm, officers with the RNC OPS responded to a report of a theft at a business on Topsail Road in St. John’s. Responding officers were informed that the event occurred on September 11, 2021.

As a result of an investigation in to the event, an 18-year-old female from St. John’s was charged with theft on September 15, 2021. The accused female was released to appear in Provincial Court on a later date.
