(St. John’s, NL), October 7, 2021 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) Operational Patrol Services (OPS) suspended a driver and seized a vehicle in Mount Pearl last night.
On Wednesday, October 6, 2021, at approximately 9:45 pm, officers with the RNC Operational Patrol Services (OPS) conducted a traffic safety stop on Commonwealth Avenue in Mount Pearl. The operator was administered a roadside screening device in relation to alcohol impairment.
As a result of the investigation in to the event, a 44-year-old male of Mount Pearl was issued a 7-day driver’s license suspension and his vehicle was impounded from the scene.
