(Corner Brook, NL) October 8, 2024 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) conducted a traffic stop resulting in a vehicle seizure and license suspension in Corner Brook.

Late Friday night (Oct. 4), Operational Patrol Services conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle that had been travelling at a high rate of speed in the area of Main Street.

The operator, a 28-year-old woman from Corner Brook, was found to have a blood alcohol concentration in contravention of the Highway Traffic Act. She was served a driver’s license suspension and her vehicle was seized.
