RNC Searching for Wanted Person – Robert KING (1988-07-07)

(St. John’s, NL), October 15, 2018 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) General Investigative Unit is searching for Wanted Person – Robert KING in connection with an armed robbery that occurred on October 10, 2018.

On Wednesday, October 10, 2018, just before 4:00 pm, officers with RNC Operational Patrol Services Division, Forensic Identification Services, Criminal Investigation Division, and Police Dog Services responded to Lawton’s Drugs on the CBS Highway in Conception Bay South. A lone male, armed with a weapon, entered the pharmacy and demanded prescription drugs. The man fled the area prior to police arrival with an undisclosed quantity of opioids, stimulants such as fentanyl patches, and other various prescription narcotics.

Investigators have identified Robert KING (1988-07-07) as the man responsible for this robbery and are asking anyone in the public who has information on his whereabouts to call police immediately. KING may be carrying a weapon and the public should consider him to be armed and dangerous and not approach him.
