(St. John’s, NL), December 12, 2023 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) are searching for missing person, Michael PARSONS.

The RNC is requesting the assistance of the community with locating missing person, 46-year-old Michael PARSONS, of the St. John’s area.

PARSONS was last seen in the area of Bowring Park at around 7:15 p.m. on Monday (Dec 11).

PARSONS is described to be about five feet and seven inches tall, with a medium build. When he was last seen, PARSONS was wearing a dark navy sweater, grey jogging pants and a bright blue winter cap. He was carrying a beige jacket.
