(St. John’s, NL), February 12, 2024 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) is searching for missing person, Harriet OBED.

The RNC is requesting the assistance of the community in locating missing person, 56-year-old Harriet OBED of St. John’s.

OBED was last seen in the downtown area of St. John’s, on January 18. OBED is described to be about five feet tall with a petite build and short dark hair. She was last seen wearing a turquoise coat, dark leggings, blue glasses, and carried a black cross-body style purse.
