(St. John’s, NL), January 9, 2018 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) is seeking the assistance of the general public locating missing person Harley Brandan PAUL.

Harley Brandan PAUL, who goes by Brandan, was last seen on around 11:00am yesterday in the area of Burling Cres in St. John’s. PAUL is described as approximately 5’4”, 140lbs with brown eyes. When last seen, PAUL was wearing a charcoal coloured winter jacket, a grey ball hat and tan-brown DC hiking boots.

The RNC has concerns for PAUL’s wellbeing. Anyone who has information pertaining to the whereabouts of Brandan PAUL is asked to contact the RNC at 729-8000 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
