RNC Respond to East End St. John’s Disturbance

(St. John’s, NL), March 30, 2022– The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) Operational Patrol Services (OPS) made an arrest following a disturbance in the east end of St. John’s yesterday.

On Tuesday, March 29, 2022, at approximately 3:45 pm, RNC OPS responded to a report of a disturbance in progress at an east end St. John’s residence. On arrival, patrol officers located the individuals involved in the event inside the home.

As a result of an investigation in to the event, an 18-year-old male from St. John’s was arrested and charged with assault and uttering threats. The accused was held in custody to appear in Provincial Court.
