RNC Make Arrest For Court Order Breach

(Corner Brook, NL), October 29, 2021 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) Operational Patrol Services (OPS) arrested a male in relation to a court order breach in Corner Brook yesterday.

On Thursday, October 28, 2021, at approximately 5:00 pm, officers with RNC OPS attended a residence in Corner Brook in connection with an ongoing investigation. Investigating officers located a male at the address with a court order in effect to remain away from the location.

As a result of an investigation in to the event, a 33-year-old male from Corner Brook was arrested and charged with failure to comply with court orders. The accused was held in custody to appear in Provincial Court.
