RNC Make Arrest Following Disturbance in St. John’s

(St. John’s, NL), February 18, 2022– The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) Operational Patrol Services made an arrest following a disturbance in St. John’s on Thursday night.

On Thursday, February 17, 2022, at approximately 9:55 pm, RNC operational Patrol Services responded to a report of a disturbance in a residential area of the east end of St. John’s. On arrival, officers located a male and female believed to be involved in the event.

As a result of an investigation in to the event, a 27-year-old male form St. John’s was charged with assault, and was held in custody to appear in Provincial Court.
