RNC Make Arrest Connected to Indecent Act in Mount Pearl

(St. John’s, NL), August 29, 2023 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) made an arrest yesterday in connection with an indecent act in Mount Pearl.

RNC Operational Patrol Services (OPS) responded to a report of a male exposing himself in a parking lot on Old Placentia Road on Monday, August 28, 2023, at approximately 1:30 pm. Responding officers located the suspect in the area, taking him into custody in connection with the event.

As a result of an investigation into the event, a 52-year-old male was charged with committing indecent act and breach of court order. The accused was held in custody to appear in Provincial Court in connection with the offences.
