(St. John’s, NL), July 17, 2017 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) has located missing youth Robert NOFTALL.

NOFTALL, who was reported missing on July 14, 2017, has been located and the RNC has ensured his wellbeing. We would like to thank the media and the public for their assistance.
