(St. John’s, NL), April 14, 2024– The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) has located and arrested wanted 36-year-old Johnathan Purcell.
Purcell was arrested without incident on April 13 in the St. John’s area. Purcell is facing numerous charges, including:
- Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose
- Unauthorized possession of a firearm
- Possession of a prohibited weapon
- Possession of a firearm obtained by crime
- Careless storage of a firearm
- Other firearm-related offences
The RNC would like to thank the public for their assistance during this investigation.
