RNC Lay Charges Following Theft in St. John’s

(St. John’s, NL), April 27, 2022 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) Operational Patrol Services made an arrest in connection with a theft at a St. John’s business.

On Monday, April 25, 2022, the RNC Operational Patrol Services (OPS) responded to a report of a theft which had occurred at a business located in the downtown area of St. John’s on April 24, 2022. Officers determined that patrons of the business, located on Military Road, had taken property from the building.

As a result of an investigation in to the event, on April 26, 2022, at 10:00 pm, a 31-year-old female was arrested and charged with theft and breach of court orders. The female was released from custody to appear in Provincial Court on a later date.
