(St. John’s, NL), March 6, 2018 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) Accident Investigation Section is investigating a serious motor vehicle collision that occurred on Saturday morning.

On Saturday, March 3, 2017 at approximately 11:30am, officers with RNC’s Operational Patrol Services, Traffic Services Section, Forensic Identification Section as well as firefighters with CBS Fire and Eastern Health Paramedics, responded to a report of a two-vehicle head-on collision on the Conception Bay Highway in Long Pond.
