(St. John’s, NL) June 27, 2024 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) is investigating a fatal collision which occurred in the town of Logy Bay-Middle Cove-Outer Cove.

Emergency crews responded to a vehicle-pedestrian collision around 7:45 p.m. yesterday (June 26) on Lower Road in Outer Cove where an elderly woman was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The RNC is sending sincere condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.

The investigation into what caused the collision is ongoing.
