RNC and RCMP Collaborate to Execute Warrant

(ST. JOHN’S, NL), October 29, 2021 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) Operational Patrol Services (OPS) collaborated with Royal Canadian Mounted Police of Newfoundland and Labrador (RCMP-NL) officers with an arrest last night.

On Thursday, October 28, 2021, at approximately 10:00 pm, members of the RNC OPS were contacted by RCMP-NL in Bay Roberts with information that they had arrested a male in connection with a warrant for arrest related to an RNC investigation.

As a result, RNC officers met the RCMP-NL officers to take in to custody the 41-year-old male from St. John’s. The male was held in custody to appear in Provincial Court in connection with the warrant related to impaired driving.
