(St. John’s, NL), September 10, 2021 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) are advising the community of a male wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant who is believed to be in RNC jurisdiction on the Northeast Avalon.

46-year-old Clayton MISENER of Ontario is currently wanted on a Canada-wide warrant, originating out of St. Catherine’s, Ontario. He has been charged with a breach of court order and the abduction of his two children, Paige and Alexandra MISENER (DOB: 2008-12-24), who are twins. St. Catherine’s police do not believe the children to be in danger at this time.

Information was received that these individuals may be within RNC jurisdiction, specifically on the Northeast Avalon. The current whereabouts of MISENER is unknown, however, he is still believed to be operating a grey 4-door 2006 Toyota Corolla (ONTARIO LICENCE PLATE # CSWH-819).
