RNC Seek Witness Assistance in Motor Vehicle Collision

(St. John’s, NL), May 23, 2017 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) Traffic Services is investigating a motor vehicle/pedestrian collision that occurred on the Costco Parking Lot on Aberdeen Avenue in St. John’s.

On Friday May 12, 2017 at approximately 3:15 pm a black Dodge Charger collided with a female pedestrian in the area of the west side of Costco. The female pedestrian sustained injuries and was taken to the Health Sciences Center for assessment. She was later released.

The RNC is specifically looking for an off duty Fire Fighter or Paramedic who assisted the pedestrian, as it is believed he may have witnessed the collision.
