RNC to Partner with E.C. Boone Limited

(St. John’s, NL), January 19, 2018 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) has partnered with local signage company E.C. Boone Ltd. to share information with the public using digital billboards.

Beginning this month, the RNC will have access to E.C. Boone’s nine digital billboards on the Northeast Avalon to enhance how we share important information with the public. This partnership will allow the RNC to share community minded safety messages, critical traffic alerts, anti-distracted and anti-impaired driving messages, as well information on recruiting.

E.C. Boone Ltd. approached the RNC in 2017 expressing interest in helping the RNC deliver fast and efficient messaging at no cost. We are very excited to have another local business express interest in helping to make our community a safer and healthier place.

All of us at E. C. Boone Limited are looking forward to working with the RNC to help deliver, thru our digital displays, important  public safety messages and show positive corporate involvement in our community.” – Dave Boone

“Partnerships with community stakeholders is a very important component to the ‘community policing’ model and I’m very pleased to see the E.C. Boone team come forward wanting to help improve upon public safety. Communities strive when those in it work together.” – Chief Joe Boland.
