2018 Law Enforcement Torch Run

(ST. JOHN’S,NL) – June 8, 2018 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) in Partnership with all Law Enforcement Agencies in Newfoundland & Labrador, wishes to recognize the upcoming Law Enforcement Torch Run in aid of Special Olympics.

During the week of June 8-15, 2018, there will be a number of organized walks and runs taking place across Newfoundland and Labrador. The St. John’s run will take place on Friday June 15. At 9:00 am we will be hosting an event with the CBS athletes at the Conception Bay South (CBS) Town Hall. At 11:00 am, athletes and runners will be bussed from CBS to the Paradise Town Hall. The run will begin in Paradise at 11:30 am and continue east to the Mount Pearl City Depot.

The event will finish at Home Depot, Kelsey Drive, St. John’s to connect up with a fundraising BBQ which will be taking place throughout the day.
