RNC Corner Brook Region Recover Stolen Vehicle

(CORNER BROOK, NL) – August 24, 2018 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) Corner Brook Region has recovered a stolen vehicle.

On Thursday, August 23, 2018 RNC Operational Patrol Services received a report that a vehicle had been stolen sometime between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm from a commercial property in the Downtown area of Corner Brook.

On Friday, August 24, 2018 at approximately 12:30 am RNC Operational Patrol Services received information from the RCMP that the stolen vehicle had been located within their jurisdiction. Officers with RNC Operational Patrol Services attended the location and recovered the stolen vehicle.

The RNC wishes to thank the public and the RCMP for their assistance in this matter.
