(St. John’s, NL), December 4, 2018 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing person Steven NORMAN.

On Monday, December 3, 2018, the RNC received a missing persons report for 47 year-old Steven NORMAN of St. John’s. It was reported that NORMAN was last seen in the area of Stavanger Drive in St. John’s around 9:40 am yesterday morning and last heard from by phone about 2 hours later.

Steven NORMAN is described as approximately 5’7” and 180lbs. When he was last seen, he is believed to have been wearing a blue Helly Hansen jacket, a grey and white sweater, and blue jeans. NORMAN is operating a black 2005 Saturn Ion, Newfoundland and Labrador plate # HWS 336.

The RNC has concerns for NORMAN’s wellbeing. Anyone who has information pertaining to the whereabouts of Steven NORMAN is asked to call the RNC at 729-8000.
