(ST. JOHN’S,NL) – June 11, 2019 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) in Partnership with all Law Enforcement Agencies in Newfoundland & Labrador, wish to recognize the upcoming Law Enforcement Torch Run in aid of Special Olympics.

During the week of June 10-14, 2019, there will be a number of organized walks and runs taking place across Newfoundland and Labrador. The St. John’s run will take place on Friday June 14. The start time is scheduled for 11:30 am at the Paradise Double Ice Complex. It will proceed toward the Mount Pearl City Depot with estimated arrival time of 12:30 pm. There will be a short break there before heading to Home Depot through Donovan’s Industrial Park.

The event will finish at Home Depot, Kelsey Drive, St. John’s, to connect up with a fundraising BBQ which will carry on throughout the day.
