(ST. JOHN’S, NL), June 8, 2020 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) are investigating a collision that occurred in Conception Bay South (CBS) on Sunday afternoon.
On Sunday, June 7, 2020, at approximately 2:20 pm, members of RNC operational patrol services division responded to a motor vehicle collision on Peacekeepers Way, West of the Lawrence Pond Road exit, in CBS. On arrival, responding officers located three vehicles in the area, which had been involved in a collision. A 19 year old man whose grey sedan had left the roadway was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. The occupants of the other two vehicles were transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The RNC Accident Investigators are seeking a nurse who had rendered assistance at the accident scene, as well as any witnesses, and anyone with dash camera or CCTV footage in the area of Peacekeepers Way around the time of the collision.
