(ST. JOHN’S, NL), June 25, 2020 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) are investigating a transport truck rollover on the roundabout near Galway.
On, June 19, 2020, at approximately 11:20 am, members of RNC operational patrol services division responded to a motor vehicle collision on the roundabout located just east of Galway in St. John’s. Officers located a transport truck and attached tanker rolled over on to its passenger side within the roundabout. The operator of the truck, a 31 year old man, was taken to a hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.
The RNC Accident Investigators are seeking any witnesses and anyone with dash camera or CCTV footage in the noted area of the roundabout just east of Galway around the time of the incident.
