RNC Seize ATV’s and Charge Operators in Metro

(St. John’s, NL), October 7, 2021 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) Traffic Services seized two All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) and arrested the operators in the metro region.

On the afternoon of Wednesday, October 6, 2021, officers with the RNC Traffic Services observed two ATVs operating on Thorburn Road in St. John’s. The operators of the vehicles were not wearing helmets, as they were observed coming to a stop in the area of Wigmore Court.
