(St. John’s, NL), June 13, 2023 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) seized the vehicle of a suspended driver in Conception Bay South (CBS) last night.

On Monday, June 12, 2023, at 9:30 pm, RNC Operational Patrol Services (OPS) conducted a traffic safety stop with a suspicious vehicle in the area of Swansborough Heights in CBS. The officer determined that the operator, a 39-year-old male, was operating the vehicle with a suspended driver’s license.

As a result of the investigation, the operator of the vehicle was issued a summary offense ticket for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. The vehicle was impounded from the scene in accordance with the Highway Traffic Act.
