RNC Investigating Vehicle-Pedestrian Collision in St. John’s

(St. John’s, NL), November 15, 2023 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) is seeking witnesses and video footage following a report of a motor vehicle collision in St. John’s.

On Monday (Nov. 13) just before 4 p.m., patrol officers responded to a report of a motor vehicle collision involving pedestrians on Empire Avenue in the area of Suez Street in St. John’s. Responding officers arrived at the scene of the collision to find the vehicle and all parties involved. Officers determined that a male and female were on foot when they were struck by a vehicle on Empire Avenue. The male received medical assistance for what is believed to be non-life-threatening injuries.

The investigation is ongoing, and investigators are seeking any witnesses and video footage in the area around the noted time.
